Amiable Saison
A classic old world saison. Pilsner, Vienna and wheat malts make for a golden coloured, highly drinkable Belgian saison. Black pepper and stone fruit dominate, but a slight herbal, fruity hop note from the Styrian Golding hops comes through on the finish.

Black as Midnight on a Moonless Morning Breakfast Stout
Black as Midnight is back with a little twist! In our continuing low abv series, we made a 3% oatmeal stout and added a balanced amount of coffee from Morning Owl Roastery. Notes of espresso, roasted malt, and chocolate with a soft mouthfeel.

A hazy, hoppy American style Pale Ale featuring Sabro, Simcoe and Azacca hops. A restrained bitterness and creamy mouthfeel finishes with big coconut, melon and citrus flavours.

Spark Super Dry IPA
Our latest IPA has a fun, old-school twist. We made this to be extra dry, drinkable and awesomely hoppy.Idaho #7, Mosaic and El Dorado hops create a watermelon, stone fruit explosion with a slight pine and grassy finish.

Porch Sit Kveik Blonde Ale
It's summer! 😎And that means porch sitting with a fine beverage. We used traditional Czech Lager malts and hops to give this zesty blonde beer a pilsner-vibe. It was fermented with a very clean and crisp Norwegian Kveik farmhouse yeast blend. Red fruit on the nose with a refreshing finish.

Ominous Whooshing
A new hazy IPA! We wanted to get away from the standard citrus bomb of most New England IPAs. So we loaded this up with Columbus, Citra and Simcoe hops. The result is a hazy, dank IPA with an orchard's worth of stone fruit.

Our latest dry hopped sour takes time to make, but it is worth it. Dry hopped with a plethora of Simcoe hops, this tart ale is full of grapefruit, stone fruit and citrus flavours. Stay safe and stay sour!
Fantastically raspberry-y forward dry sour beer. Fermented for 5 weeks with our mixed culture and then aged on many raspberries for another 5 weeks.
