Can you believe it’s been over three years since we've opened? With all the craziness that has happened in the world since 2020, we really hadn't had time to sit back and reflect on how great our journey has been!
In honour of becoming a toddler, we celebrated over this past weekend, Feb 3rd and 4th. If you didn't get the chance to come party with us, don't worry, we still have our new beers (including a foeder release!) and cellar bottle pours available in the taproom.
We've got some new beers on tap in celebration of our turning the big ol' 3 as well as special cellar pours available in the taproom only.
New Beers:
Bonita - Funky Foeder-Aged Belgian Tripel w/ Brett - 8.4%
Aged for 8 months in our lil foeder, this Belgian Tripel is a blast of stone fruit, citrus, leather, funky Brett, and a hint of alcohol warmth. One of our favourite new sippers. This is named after John’s mom. She’s the best!
Spark-Kin 2022 - Pinot Noir Sour - 6%
A collaboration between us and our awesome friends at Kin Vineyards, this coral coloured beer is a blend of aged sour beers re-fermented on Kin’s Carp-grown Pinot Noir pomace and Niagara sour cherries. Vinous, cherry and leather flavours dominate, along with an off-dry finish.
